Can I stop getting emails, guides and alerts from EnergyRight Marketplace?

It’s important to note that EnergyRight Marketplace communications are separate from the general EnergyRight or TVA communications. If you are a TVA  or EnergyRight customer and opt-out of EnergyRight Marketplace communications, it will not impact your regular emails from TVA or EnergyRight. Having said that, YES, you can opt-out of any specific communications at any time (e.g. buying guides, search updates or price alerts), by logging into your profile page and un-checking the corresponding communication box.
